Spain beats Germany in World Cup Semifinals! Spain will have its first shot at the World Cup final now that it has disposed of Germany. It was Carles Puyol’s header in the 73rd minute of the semifinal game that caused the downfall of Germany. Since the beginning of the game Spain has the control, but goals elude the Spaniards for more than an hour despite their many attempts to make it.
