Lindsay Lohan is now preparing for her 90-day jail term which begins tomorrow. She is expected to surrender to the court anytime within the next 24 hours. The jail time that Lohan will be having is given to her by a judge who is watching over her DUI and drug arrests. Lohan failed to attend many of the court-mandated classes for those arrested for DUI. The troubled actress is now staying at a rehab facility where is is having a steady stream of visitors including her mother Dina and sister Ali to give her all the support she needs.

Lohan has hired a new lawyer to defend her, but the lawyer, Robert Shapiro, has made it really clear to the young actress that he will only defend her if she will do her time in jail. Lohan seems to have agreed to this despite the worries that she is having because the prison where she is going to spend her sentence is known to be not easy for celebrities like her; it is said that inmates there could not wait for her to be there so that they could get their hands on her. Lohan’s mother asks her daughters supporters to “pray for her.”
