The mommy-of-three has received some special property from the Queen, and some of Princess Diana's most sentimental and famous pieces of jewelry.

The tiara probably looks familiar - Kate's already worn it on a few occasions, including a dinner for Spain in 2017, and a Diplomatic Reception at Buckingham Palace in 2016. Named The Royal Family Order, the pin is given by Queen Elizabeth to female members of the family as a personal designation.
