Leaked Avengers 4 art shows Thanos’ new weapon and Infinity Gauntlet replacement

Done: Chris Evans has said Avengers 4 has wrapped filming - and confirmed he will no longer be playing Captain America.

Both Thanos and his Infinity Gauntlet were damaged at the end of Avengers: Infinity War, and now a new "leak" has provided fans with their first look at the weapon the Mad Titan will be wielding in Avengers 4.

Evans has played the American soldier-superhero, Steve Rogers, for the past eight years while holding a starring role in seven Marvel films.

Chris Evans took fans by surprise on Thursday when he announced on Twitter that he is done with the Marvel Cinematic Universe and finished his last day playing Captain America.

Sure, Evans could simply be saying a heartfelt thank you to everyone on set, but we doubt it.

Avengers 4 has recently been in reshoots in the U.S., ahead of its release next year. Possibly, but there's one thing we just can't get out of our minds when being reminded of these reshoots: the idea that the events of Avengers 4 are, even now, in flux.
