France finish top ahead of Denmark after stalemate

France star Antoine Griezmann admitted that Les Bleus' World Cup Group C-ending 0-0 draw with Denmark was a boring affair but said he didn't mind because he often plays that way for Atletico Madrid.

Manager Didier Deschamps' France side dominated possession but struggled to create any clear-cut chances against a determined Denmark, who played cautiously throughout.

For the Socceroos to qualify, they must beat Peru and hope Denmark lose by two goals or more to France to overturn the goal difference between them.
