Congratulations are in order for Tina Fey's Mean Girls: The Musical. They're both up for major awards, including the most prestigious award Best Musical, Best Book of a Musical, and Best Original Score.

London transplant Harry Potter And The Cursed Child, Parts One and Two was nominated for 10 awards as was a Broadway revival of My Fair Lady re-interpreted for a #MeToo, post-feminist NY audience. He adds that the couple is delighted; the show got 12 nods. She's been nominated for an Emmy numerous times and won a Career Achievement Award in 2003 from the Costume Designers Guild.

J.K. Rowling's "Harry Potter" franchise extended its magical touch to Broadway, with the two-part stage play "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" featuring the bespectacled wizard earning 10 nominations, as did a revival of "My Fair Lady". Both were eligible in the Leading Actress in a Musical category, for which six of their competitors were nominated - indicating there was a tie for the final slot, and neither one of them were up for it.

"The Band's Visit", "Carousel" and "Angels in America" closely follow with 11 nods each. The show received 11 nominations.

Ridloff will be competing against Amy Schumer, who made her Broadway debut in Steve Martin's comedy "Meteor Shower"; and Glenda Jackson from "Three Tall Women" and Condola Rashad in "Saint Joan".

Facebook Building a 'Clear History' Feature
Messenger is going to expand that feature gradually, Facebook said, with suggestions for more translations in the future. The company has been under fire recently for possibly not doing this with its other features over the years.

Other notable mentions include revivals of Angels in America, Carousel, and The Band's Visit.

Other standouts were Rodgers & Hammerstein's "Carousel" and "My Fair Lady". It now will face "The Children", "Farinelli and The King", "Junk" and "Latin History for Morons" for best new play.

The 72nd annual Tony Awards, which will be hosted by Sara Bareilles and Josh Groban, will be broadcast June 10 on CBS, live from NYC's Radio City Music Hall.
