'Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt' to End with Season 4, Possible Movie

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt Season 4 is less than a month away, so Netflix has released some new images to get us excited for some more kooky adventures in the big city.

The first six episodes of season four will drop on Netflix on May 30 and the second half of the season, containing seven episodes, will premiere later in the year.

According to Deadline, the series will end its run on Netflix with the fourth season, which is split into two parts. The series is now in production of its second part and once that is completed, series co-creators and writers Tina Fey and Robert Carlock are expected to script the movie finale.

It followed the life of a naive woman who was freed after spending 15 years in a doomsday cult - and how she adjusts to her new life after moving not NY.

When last we saw Kimmy Schmidt, she had failed out of/quit/gotten an honorary degree from Columbia University and was faced with the prospect of starting the next chapter in her life.

The fourth season will be followed by a movie that should tie up any loose ends in the story.
