Chris Paul (hamstring) will not play in Game 7 vs. Warriors

The Rockets and Warriors are ready to fight for the right to play in the NBA Finals, but they won't be at full strength for Monday night's Game 7 matchup.

Paul injured the hamstring in the final seconds of Game 5 Thursday night following a fadeaway shot over Warriors' guard Quinn Cook.

"I'm sure he's way down and devastated, but like us all, he's probably excited for the game, to get the win and get him back and we'll go on", D'Antoni said.

In Houston's three wins in this series, James Harden is averaging 25.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 2.0 3-pointers while shooting 35.2% from the field and 15.8% from three. As a team, the Rockets shot just 40 percent from the field and 15 of 39 from the three-point line but there's no denying how much Chris Paul was missed from the lineup as the bench looked real thin with Gordon starting. They've won two out of the last three National Basketball Association championships so this kind of stage isn't something they aren't familiar with. "Game 7 at our house".

Our recommended way to watch Rockets vs Warriors Game 7 online live streaming without cable tonight is through Hulu Live TV. Throw in some bad defensive communication errors by the Warriors, and the Rockets were raining threes in the first half - 11-of-22, with Gordon going 4-of-4.

Serena to miss out on seeding as French Open follows rankings
Williams played as an unseeded competitor at the 2018 BNP Paribas Open and at the 2018 Miami Open. Likewise, it's a scary prospect for the top-ranked players who may have to face Williams early on.

Golden State has survived without veteran swingman Andre Iguodala, who has missed the last three games of the series and is questionable for the finale with a left lateral leg contusion.

It just took a lot of pressure from a Rockets team to get Golden State into that mental frame of mind. The Rockets responded to a 41-point loss in Game 3 - the most lopsided playoff loss in franchise history - by winning the next two games to put the defending-champion Warriors on the brink of elimination.

And, if it is, there will be one reason for it: the Warriors' hubris will have finally caught up with them. However Kerr said Looney is fine and will play in Game 7.

The Warriors spurned to let their succession wrap up on Friday night, outscoring the Rockets at their home court Oracle Arena in a must-win Game 6 matchup during their Western Conference Finals. The Lakers' 49 points in the third quarter of Game 1 of their Western Conference Semifinals matchup with the Warriors helped erase what was a seven-point deficit at halftime.
