So, when Swift chose to return to her country, singer/songwriter roots for two Spotify Singles - one an acoustic version of "Delicate", the other a cover of Earth, Wind and Fire's "September" - it elicited a mixed reaction.

"We think about everything they might've heard about us, every reason they wouldn't want us", she told Spotify about the track. "Every step forward toward that other person scares us, but it thrills us too", she said. The singer is also set to appear on Sugarland's upcoming album, Bigger, as she's featured as a vocalist on "Babe", a song she wrote years earlier with Pat Monahan of Train.
