Michael Avenatti, the lawyer for Stormy Daniels, unveiled a sketch of "the thug" the porn star says threatened her to keep quiet about a sexual affair she alleges she had with President Trump.

Daniels claims the man threatened her in 2011 in Las Vegas in the presence of her young daughter, telling her to drop her allegations about a Trump affair.

Her attorney, Michael Avenatti, posted a tweet offering $100,000 to anyone who can help positively identify the man in the sketch and Twitter did *not* disappoint.

Daniels also claimed that her career trajectory, since becoming embroiled in legal battles with President Trump, has not been entirely upward.

She began by explaining why she had chosen to appear at Michael Cohen's Monday hearing, saying, "I'm exhausted of being threatened, I'm done".

"He had his hands in his pocket and he looked at my daughter and I just remember him saying, 'She's a handsome little girl".

Daniels told McCain that she "did not name the tour", and even though she has "gotten more bookings than usual", she's been "doing the job that [she's] been doing for the last nearly 20 years". During her "60 Minutes" interview, Daniels had told journalist Anderson Cooper that she took the warning, which included a reference to her then-infant daughter, as an obvious threat.

"It was not prostitution", Daniels said.

Daniels admitted that her newfound fame has resulted in additional bookings at strip clubs.

"As a matter of fact, I hid for quite a while and it's overwhelming and intimidating and downright scary a lot of times".

Mr Trump's personal lawyer is being investigated for criminal wrongdoing, and Ms Daniels said she wanted to be present for anything that might be relevant to her.

Does the sketch of a man who allegedly threatened Stormy Daniels look like Tom Brady? "When I saw him when I was parking I was like 'Oh, that's somebody's husband, he's sort of cute'".

And when it comes to Trump saying he didn't know about the payment Stormy received from Cohen?

McCain pressed Daniels again, asking why she hadn't gone directly to the police following that incident.

"It's downright scary a lot of times", Daniels told the panel of View co-hosts as Avenatti sat by her side.

Daniels made an appearance at that hearing and was swarmed by photographers.
