Sherra Wright-Robinson was arrested in California more than seven years after her husband's body was found decomposing in a Tennessee suburb.

Memphis Police Director Michael Rallings answered "yes" when asked if Sherra Wright and Billy Turner tried to kill Lorenzen Wright in the past.

And there had always been talk about Wright-Robinson's potential involvement in her ex-husband's death, starting when the police searched her home in August 2010 and found burned pieces of metal and remnants of a letter addressed to her and Wright in an outside firepit. He was shot multiple times.

Lorenzen Wright's murder remained one of Memphis police's highest-profile cold cases until investigators found a murder weapon in MS last month.

Billy R. Turner, 46, was arrested and charged in Wright's murder on Tuesday, December 5. He pleaded not guilty.

The indictment alleges the conspiracy by Turner and Sherra Wright began in April of 2010 and that both were at Callis Cutoff and Hacks Cross Road where Lorenzen Wright's body was later found. "They was like, no, you know", she said.

In 2014, she agreed to a confidential settlement in a dispute in Circuit Court over how she spent $1 million in insurance meant to benefit their six children.

SpaceX delays launch attempt to Wednesday
The company along with Orbital ATK took over resupply missions to the ISS for NASA after the end of the space shuttle program. However, more system checks mean that the SpaceX rocket launch must be postponed to Friday at 10:35 a.m.

Born and raised in Memphis, Lorenzen Wright was a fan favorite thanks to his charity work with youth and his father's involvement as a coach in summer leagues.

The 34-year-old who played for the Cleveland Cavaliers was last seen on July 18, 2010, as he left his ex-wife's home.

But it appears investigators that Wright-Robinson set up Lorenzen Wright to be murdered for the insurance money with the help of the man she went to church with.

Nine gunshots were reportedly heard on the 911 call. And the 2015 Sports Illustrated-Fox Sports 1 joint investigation into Wright's murder had plenty to say about Sherra, including that Wright's assistant turned audio recordings of Sherra threatening him over to police.

His body was found ten days later in a wooded area covered in bullets.

Dispatchers said they didn't alert patrol officers or commanders because they couldn't confirm it came from their jurisdiction.

Wright's mother filed a missing-person report with Collierville police on July 22, 2010.
