Seth Meyers will host the ceremony.

Unlike the Screen Actors Guild Awards, which take place on January 25, the 75th annual Golden Globes, which are voted on by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, have tapped male presenters as well instead of only female ones.

Amy Poehler, Kelly Clarkson, Penelope Cruz, Seth Rogen and Kerry Washington will also present awards. The Hollywood Foreign Press Association nominated 70 actors - in addition to directors, writers, and composers - from myriad cinema and shows for this year's awards that highlight the best of the best.

The 75th Golden Globes will air on NBC with Seth Meyers as host.

Oprah Winfrey, meanwhile, will receive a special honour at the Golden Globes, after being awarded the Cecil B. De Mille Award.

It was recently rumoured that this year's ceremony would see a number of female celebrities hitting the red carpet in all-black attire in solidarity with those who have accused key Hollywood figures of sexual harassment and abuse.

Urbinati, whose clients include Rami Malek, Donald Glover, Chris Evans, Bradley Cooper and Tom Hiddleston, had earlier posted, "Because everyone keeps asking me".

Multiple sources have "confirmed" to People magazine that many major actresses and actors will be donning dark ensembles in a bid to raise awareness. "At least ALL MY GUYS will be", Urbinanti wrote last week on Instagram.

An insider claimed: 'All female actresses attending the Globes are protesting by just wearing black gowns'.
