Trump takes aim at Cuba, Venezuela at Hispanic heritage event

President Donald Trump played around with the pronunciation of Puerto Rico as he saluted Hispanic Heritage Month at the White House on Friday (Oct. 6). And he used an exaggerated Spanish accent several times while saying the territory's name.

This comes on the heels of Melania wearing similar navy suede Manolo Blahni BB pumps to visit Puerto Rico earlier this week. Trump's budget director, Mick Mulvaney, said Wednesday morning - as Puerto Rico's bond prices sunk to a record low - not to take Trump literally.
