Apple on Monday released operating systems updates for the iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple TV, and Macintosh. In that app, tap General and then Software Update. Both these updates bring quite a few bug fixes as well as a few new features.

Tech giant Apple released multiple security upgrades yesterday for its iOS, watchOS, tvOS, and macOS systems, addressing dozens of security bugs across its devices.

The same is mentioned in the official patch notes for the update, while third-party VPN services and SiriKit auto commands have also both been fixed and patched after the release of iOS 10.3.2.

Once again, due to the critical nature of some of these vulnerabilities, it is strongly advised that you upgrade any affected Apple devices and operating systems as soon as possible. Not only do iPhones and iPads need to be updated to protect against remote hijackings, but Apple has patches for Macs, Apple TVs, Apple Watches and even its Windows software.

The WannaCry malware exploits a vulnerability in Microsoft Windows that was reportedly developed and used by the U.S. His concerns were echoed by James Clapper, former director of national intelligence under President Barack Obama.

Among the fixes is one involving audio, where audio previously might stutter when played through USB headphones (remember, Apple got rid of the dedicated headphone port). Don't start installing if you'll want to use the watch again within an hour or so - watchOS updates take surprisingly long to load. Normally I don't have an issue in the App Store on macOS showing me an update is available, but on this occasion, I am - so I am downloading manually.

Prevents a potential kernel panic when starting up from a NetInstall image - this fix is available when starting up from a NetInstall image created from the macOS 10.12.5 installer. MacOS Sierra 10.12.5 and Safari 10.1.1 include the aforementioned WebKit fixes and change how Wi-Fi network credentials are handled.

The software also includes several security updates.
